Swooningly ornate, antique gold gilt wood  frame with a classic swept acanthus leaf scroll pattern.

The condition is good with a section of repair and age related knocks which I have photographed.

The framer’s label is on the back and dates to the late eighteenth century.

It measures 62 x 42 cms from the outside edges and inner size: 50 x 31 cms.
