This pair of antique/ vintage 1920s sconces would traditionally have been used for candles and has faux drip candle holders. It has since been wired for candle bulbs but I am not sure how easy it would be to re-wire.
Its dual-tone finish is of antiqued gold/gilt patina combined with deep blue painted accents. In good condition, the arms are not loose.
